- Markham Writing Group
- The MWG is a group dedicated to fostering the writing talent of young adults in Markham, Ontario. As aspiring writers, we will mentor and support each other in a judgment-free environment. All are welcome to help pioneer this writing community in Markham.

- Weekly writing discussions
- Peer mentoring and feedback in an open and supportive environment
- Opportunity to explore the writing process from beginning to end with other interested writers
- Future writing events and readings
- Welcomes all different forms of writing
